YouParcel provides a range of standard reports to help you manage your operations. This article describes what is available and how to request reports.

Standard Reports

• Inventory Snapshot: Current on-hand quantities by SKU, including available, allocated, and on-hold units.
• Inventory Aging Report: Units on hand by SKU grouped by receive date, to help manage long-term storage risk.
• Inbound Receiving Report: Summary of all ASNs received within a date range, with expected vs. received quantities.
• Order Fulfillment Report: All orders shipped within a date range, with order numbers, tracking numbers, carrier, and ship date.
• Returns Report: All returns received within a date range, with disposition outcome per unit.
• Invoice Detail Report: Line-item breakdown of charges for a given billing period.

Custom Reports

If the standard reports do not meet your needs, submit a ticket describing the data points and date range you require. Custom report development may be available depending on complexity and your service agreement.

Report Delivery

Reports are delivered as Excel or CSV files via email or through the portal. Automated scheduled reports (daily, weekly, monthly) can be configured for standard report types upon request.
