Cancelling and Modifying Orders

Orders can generally be cancelled or modified only before they have been released for picking. Once an order reaches "In Progress" status, changes become difficult and may not be possible.

How to Request a Cancellation or Modification

To cancel or modify an order, submit a ticket immediately with:

  • Order number(s).
  • The change you need (cancel, address update, SKU change, quantity change).

We will confirm whether the order can still be modified. There is no guarantee that a modification request submitted after the order cutoff time will be fulfilled before the order ships.

Address Corrections

Incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses are one of the most common order issues. YouParcel performs basic address validation using carrier systems. If an address is flagged as undeliverable, the order will be held and you will be notified to provide a corrected address.

If a package has already shipped with an incorrect address, a carrier address correction fee may apply. This fee will be passed through to your account.

Order Already Shipped

If you need to recall an order that has already been picked up by the carrier, a carrier intercept request can be submitted. Intercept services are not guaranteed and vary by carrier. Contact your account manager immediately for assistance.
