How long does it take to get set up with YouParcel fulfillment?
Most clients are fully onboarded and ready to process live orders within 3 weeks. This includes MSA signing, platform integration, product setup, and receiving your first inbound shipment.
Can I use my own boxes and packing materials?
Yes, and we encourage it for branded unboxing experiences. Send your custom packaging to the warehouse as an inbound shipment and provide instructions on which orders to use it for.
What happens if an order ships with the wrong item?
Submit a ticket with the order number and a description of the error. YouParcel will arrange a reship at no charge and investigate the root cause. Pick errors are logged and reviewed as part of our quality control process.
Can YouParcel handle same-day shipping?
For orders received before 12:00 PM Eastern Time on business days, same-day label generation and staging is standard. Carrier same-day pickup depends on your warehouse location and local carrier schedules. Contact your account manager to confirm same-day service availability for your account.
Do you support multiple warehouses for a single account?
Yes. Clients with high order volumes may benefit from splitting inventory across multiple warehouse locations for faster delivery times to different regions. This requires separate inventory allocation and routing rules. Discuss multi-node fulfillment with your account manager.
How do I pause fulfillment for a period?
Submit a ticket specifying the start and end dates and which order channels should be paused. Storage fees continue to accrue during a fulfillment pause. Give at least 3 business days of notice for pauses where possible.
Can YouParcel handle crowdfunding campaign fulfillment?
Yes. We have experience fulfilling Kickstarter, Indiegogo, and other crowdfunding campaigns. The burst nature of these campaigns requires specific planning. Contact your account manager 4 to 6 weeks before your planned ship date to begin the planning process.
