How Orders Are Received and Processed

YouParcel receives orders electronically through your connected sales channels or via manual order submission. This article explains the flow from order placement to fulfillment.

Automated Order Import (Integrated Channels)

When your Shopify, WooCommerce, Amazon, or other platform is connected to YouParcel, orders are automatically imported into our warehouse system in near real-time. No manual intervention is required for standard orders.

Manual Order Submission

For orders that are not captured through an integration (for example, wholesale orders, custom B2B orders, or event-based shipments), orders can be submitted manually via:

  • A CSV/Excel order upload (contact your account manager for the template).
  • Direct entry through the portal (if enabled for your account).
  • Email to your account manager for low-volume, urgent cases.

Order Cutoff Times

Orders received and confirmed before the daily cutoff time are eligible for same-day processing. The standard cutoff is 12:00 PM Eastern Time, Monday through Friday. Orders received after the cutoff are processed the next business day. Cutoff times may be adjusted during peak periods. Check with your account manager for current cutoff schedules.

Order Holds and Exceptions

Orders with incomplete shipping addresses, missing payment confirmation, or flagged fraud checks may be placed on hold. You will receive a notification for any held orders. Review and correct the issue to release the order for fulfillment.
