The fastest way to get help from the YouParcel team is to submit a support ticket through the portal. This article explains how to write an effective ticket.

When to Submit a Ticket

  • Missing, delayed, or incorrect orders.
  • Receiving discrepancies or damaged goods.
  • Billing questions or disputes.
  • Integration issues or errors.
  • Return processing questions.
  • Any operational issue requiring documentation or a paper trail.

How to Submit

  1. Log in to support.youparcel.com.
  2. Click Submit a Ticket.
  3. Select the appropriate category.
  4. Fill in the subject and description. See the tips below for writing an effective description.
  5. Attach any relevant files (screenshots, ASNs, order exports, tracking confirmations).
  6. Click Submit. You will receive an email confirmation with a ticket number.

Tips for Effective Tickets

  • Include your company name and account number in the description.
  • Provide specific order numbers, tracking numbers, SKU codes, or ASN numbers related to the issue.
  • Describe the expected outcome vs. what actually happened.
  • Attach screenshots or documents that help explain the issue.

Response Times

YouParcel targets a first response within 1 business day for standard tickets. Urgent issues (for example, a live order batch affected by a system error) may be escalated by noting "URGENT" in the subject line. After-hours urgent issues: contact your account manager directly.
