YouParcel ships to over 100 countries. International shipments require additional preparation including customs documentation, duties and taxes calculation, and carrier selection appropriate to the destination.
- Recipient's full name, address, phone number, and email.
- Accurate product descriptions (in English).
- HS (Harmonized System) codes for each product.
- Declared value per unit and per order.
- Country of origin for each product.
Duties and Taxes (DDU vs. DDP)
By default, most international shipments are sent DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid), meaning the recipient is responsible for paying duties and taxes upon delivery. If you prefer DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) where duties are pre-collected at checkout and paid by you, discuss this with your account manager. We support DDP solutions including cross-border landed cost services.
Restricted and Prohibited Items
Different countries have different import restrictions. It is the client's responsibility to ensure their products are legally importable to the destination country. YouParcel will not be liable for shipments seized or returned due to import restrictions.
International Carrier Options
DHL, FedEx International, and UPS Worldwide are our primary international carriers. For postal economy international shipping, we offer services through USPS and our network of postal injection partners. Contact your account manager to select the best option for your customer destinations and budget.
