Other Integrations and API Access

In addition to Shopify, WooCommerce, and Amazon, YouParcel supports connections with other platforms and provides API access for custom integrations.

Custom API Integration

YouParcel provides a RESTful API for clients who want to integrate their own systems (ERP, custom OMS, etc.) directly. API documentation is available at ypship.docs.apiary.io.

To request API credentials, submit a ticket and your account manager will provision access and provide the documentation link.

EDI Integration

For B2B and wholesale clients requiring EDI (Electronic Data Interchange) integration for order transmission with retail buyers, please discuss your EDI requirements with your account manager. EDI setup typically involves a setup fee and is project-scoped based on the transaction sets required.

CSV / Manual File Exchange

For platforms without a direct API integration, YouParcel supports order import via CSV file upload and inventory/fulfillment updates via CSV export. Contact your account manager for the standard file formats.
