Certain product categories cannot be stored or fulfilled by YouParcel due to legal, regulatory, or safety constraints. Review this list before onboarding new products.

Prohibited Products (Cannot Be Accepted)

• Firearms, ammunition, and firearm components (including 80% lowers).
• Explosives, fireworks, and pyrotechnics.
• Controlled substances (Schedule I-V narcotics, illegal drugs).
• Counterfeit or trademark-infringing goods.
• Stolen merchandise.
• Live animals.
• Human remains or biohazardous materials.

Restricted Products (Require Pre-Approval)

• Lithium batteries and battery-powered devices: Require UN certification documentation and carrier compliance labeling.
• Alcohol and wine: Subject to state licensing requirements. Pre-approval and licensing documentation required.
• CBD and hemp products: Legal status varies by state. Requires compliance documentation and pre-approval.
• Aerosols and flammable liquids: Require hazmat handling procedures. Additional storage and shipping fees apply.
• Pharmaceuticals and OTC medications: Require special storage and handling protocols. Pre-approval required.
• Perishable food and temperature-sensitive goods: Must discuss cold chain capabilities with your account manager.
