How Subscription Box Fulfillment Works

1. Pre-launch planning: Confirm box quantities, ship dates, and kitting instructions with your account manager at least 2 weeks before your planned ship window.
2. Inbound inventory: All components (products, inserts, boxes, tissue paper, stickers, etc.) must arrive at the warehouse with sufficient lead time before assembly begins.
3. Assembly (kitting): Our team assembles each box according to your pack guide. Photo verification is available upon request.
4. Address upload: Upload your subscriber address list in the format provided by your account manager.
5. Shipping: Boxes are labeled and sorted for carrier pickup. Ship dates are confirmed with you before dispatch begins.

Pack Guide Requirements

You must provide a pack guide before assembly begins. The pack guide should include: a diagram or photo of the finished box layout, a list of all components with quantities, any personalization instructions (name printing, custom notes), and any quality control checkpoints.

Subscriber Address Management

Address data must be provided in a clean, formatted spreadsheet. We can validate addresses against carrier databases before labeling. Address correction fees from carriers are passed through to the client.
