Support Portal Overview and How to Log In

The YouParcel support portal at support.youparcel.com is your central hub for submitting tickets, browsing the knowledge base, and tracking your open requests.

How to Log In

  1. Go to support.youparcel.com.
  2. Click Sign In in the top right corner.
  3. Enter your registered email address and password.
  4. If you have forgotten your password, click Forgot Password and follow the instructions sent to your email.

What You Can Do in the Portal

  • Browse knowledge base articles by category.
  • Submit new support tickets and attach files or screenshots.
  • View the status of open and resolved tickets.
  • Reply to tickets directly from the portal or via email.

Adding Team Members

If you need additional users from your organization to have portal access, please submit a ticket with the name and email address of each person to be added. There is no extra charge for additional portal users.

Problems Logging In?

If you are unable to log in, submit a ticket from the portal's guest view or email your account manager directly. Include your company name and the email address associated with your account.
