Warehouse Locations and Receiving Addresses
YouParcel operates warehouses across the United States. Your account manager will confirm which location(s) handle your inventory. Always use the address assigned to your account. Sending inventory to the wrong location will cause delays.
Primary Locations
- New Jersey (HQ): Our flagship facility and primary receiving hub for East Coast operations.
- Delaware: Supports overflow capacity and specialized handling.
- Illinois: Serves Midwest distribution and USPS injection point operations.
- California: West Coast distribution hub for faster delivery to Western US customers.
Important Notes on Sending Inventory
- Always create an ASN (Advance Shipment Notification) before your shipment arrives. Unannounced shipments may be refused or delayed.
- Label every pallet and carton with your company name and ASN number.
- For LTL or FTL truck deliveries, schedule a delivery appointment at least 48 hours in advance. Contact your account manager for the scheduling link.
- Parcel shipments (UPS, FedEx, USPS) do not require an appointment but still require an ASN.
International Inbound Shipments
For shipments originating outside the USA (for example, from UK, EU or Asia), YouParcel can coordinate customs clearance and freight forwarding. Contact your account manager or submit a ticket to discuss import logistics before shipping.
